Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by JSons Solutionz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

JSONS Solutionz specializes in Oracle APEX, Flutter, and Full-Stack development. Our services include but are not limited to UI/UX design, API integration, software testing, and digital marketing. Specific project scopes are defined in separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project proposals.

All content, logos, designs, and code developed by JSONS Solutionz remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose upon full payment.

Payments are due according to the milestones defined in your project proposal. We require a deposit before starting any work. Delayed payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable once work on a milestone has commenced.

Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of any credentials provided. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Interference with the integrity or performance of our systems is strictly prohibited.

JSONS Solutionz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.
